Our sales lady was very friendly, but talked so much she was very distracted. I felt I had to watch carefully to make sure she actually wrapped up the two items we bought. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the chains in the store, but in the end found just what I wanted.

Did not have a bracelet that fit, I had to be put on a wait list.

this store often has inventory that is out of stock or does not have the full range of sizes such as today with your free gift leather bracelet that was not available in the largest size, which is the free gift I wanted.

I came in looking for one charm in particular and it ended up being unavailable. The store inventory and displays appeared to be very disorganized as the sales associate had a hard time locating specific items or even knowing if they were in stock. She was friendly and willing to keep looking around though and I appreciated that.

Asking more questions about my personal likes before suggesting ideas.

often merchandise not available or out of stock, sizes, etc. and employees ok but not super nice and often don't look that clean

One of the items wanted that was shown online was not at store..too new.

The associate was able to assemble my necklace for me. And show me different styles. The outcome looked beautiful.

I was Highly satisfied with my visit and purchase. I may not go back because I was traveling and it is far from home.
