Pandora Jewelry

The stackable ring I wanted wasn't available in the size I needed in the store I made a purchase in. An associate told me she could get it in my size from another store. I waited almost 2 months to get this ring. I was called by my local Pandora store to come pick it up and it was the wrong ring. So I waited 2 more weeks before they finally got the correct ring in for me and had to go into the store for the third time to pick up my item. When a customer is promised something all associates involved need to pay attention to the request details and make sure they follow all instructions accurately.

In the state of Colorado, and many others, it is rather shocking you do not have more charms that deal with sport. For heavens sake, we host the United States Olympic Committee, not to mention it was an Olympic Year. Furthermore, we are one of the most active states of the 50 and the ONLY CHARMES you have that deal w sport are a running shoe and yoga. Very disappointed. What about cycling? Skiing? WHY WOULD YOU EVER RETIRE THOSE CHARMS??? Very disappointing.

Some merchandise not available

I bought a bracelet previously and the heart clasp opened several times and fell off. At time of purchase I was not informed about the warranty. It came off one time and I couldn't find it---so lost it without hope to find it. I also wasn't informed previously about safety chains.

The visit was satisfactory. Just not all the options on sale were available in the store.

Found the items I was looking for.

I was very satisfied with my visit however, I do not live where there is a Pandora store, or near this Pandora store. I was visiting for Christmas.

Came from out of state hoping you would have a Colorado charm for my bracelet.... But was able to purchase two rings I wanted & another charm...

Sales associate seemed annoyed to be helping me.

I was in the store browsing charms for several minutes before others that came in after me. There were two people that came in after me that received assistance before someone even noticed me. I realize Christmas is a busy time of year, but consideration should be given to people that arrive in the store ahead of others.
