The one and only reason that I am no longer highly satisfied with any pandora selection is that the store and company have found it appropriate to stop give a military discount to those that qualify.

It was fine. I missed a good sale

The availability of sales associates at this store during promotions is not adequate. It is not a fun/relaxed shopping experience.

felt the salesperson was a little to pushy in trying to get us to purchase addtl items

The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly but she spent too much time trying to get me to buy additional products.

When I walked in, I was quickly helped by Samantha. She was friendly and helpful in directing me to the bracelet specials and also looking at some baby charms. She was very knowledgeable. The only hiccup was that only one register was available so it took some time to check out.

The check out is slow. Handwriting the items. More efficient if there was a way to scan the item to speed up check out process.

Sales person was a little over eager. I felt like she had a script and she was trying a little too hard. I knew what I wanted, earrings, I didn't need bracelet or necklace recommendations. But in general, she was polite and did a good job.

I didn't feel that there were enough associates working considering there was a special event going on. I had to wait approximately half an hour to be helped. If it wasn't the last day for me to complete my exchange, I would have left. Other than that, it was a good experience. The associate was pleasant and helpful.

The counters were very messy and cluttered and this isn’t how it usually is when I shop in the store. I explained that I was shopping for my mominlaw, daughter and my mother and I wanted to do it quickly before my daughter came and the sales associate wanted to discuss my purchase after my daughter had arrived. I cut her off twice and shook my head bc I didn’t want my daughter to figure out what we had purchased her. And it was like the associate couldn’t take the hint. We also asked the associate to step away to write up my pandora bracelet that needed to be cleaned and to give us a moment alone to discuss what we wanted to purchase. Once again she couldn’t take the hint she hovered around dipped into our conversation and gave my husband and I no privacy. It was borderline rude and highly annoying. We were polite but as you can see displeased.
