It was a decent sale price, I enjoy pandora, it just adds up very quickly. Guess it's just not for everyone.

Pandora corporate needs to let the staff use the actual cash register. I waited 30 min to check out after spending 5-10 min getting what I needed. The handheld tablet wasn't working and I waited a long time for her to abandon that one and use another. PLEASE let them use the cash register! I was the only shopper in the store!

I initially came into pandora wanting to purchase a Colorado charm. Come to find out they don’t have them in stock. That was the only store we could stop at since we were headed back home to Texas! I was so sad.

My bracelet had a broken clasp and instead of replacing it, I had to buy a new bracelet.

I received a Pandora bangle and charms for Mothers Day. I lost one of the charms as the clasp popped open while wearing it. I wanted to exchange the bracelet but was told the manager they asked said I could not, even tho I offered to upgrade and pay additional cost. The bracelet was a "free" bangle as part of a Mothers Day promotion from Pandora.net my husband bought online with an additional 4 charms. Was offered the solution of buying a clip chain guard which I did. The associate was great and showed me how to make sure I heard the snap when I closed the bracelet clip. But today just sitting in an office waiting for an appointment I noticed my bracelet was open twice again. Even now as I type this I found it open again. So I guess full resolution of my problem would be to exchange and perhaps upgrade my bracelet. I do love your product and my husband is pleased he will have go to gifts he will know I like in the future.

thy didn't have the letter P, and that's okay. But they couldn't order it for me. So, that made me decide not to buy the earrings I want because I would not made the mark t get the free bracelet.

Janet I believe is the manager is not a friendly customer person. She seems to talk down to you. Either we did not meet her standards. There was a wonderful co-worker very friendly working there but we did not want to be rude and ask her to wait on us but would have. If I had to shop again and Janet waited on us I would take my wife elsewhere

My bracelet is broken. There is a portion at the clasp that has come apart twice. I was told by the sales associate that it’s a special edition I purchase in April of 2018 for Mother’s Day. They did not have it and could not do anything to replace or exchange it without permission. I was told that I could go to a store that would fix my bracelet. I’ve been a Pandora customer for a long time and have made many purchases, despite my unhappiness with my bracelet situation , I made a purchase. I would like my bracket to be repaired or replaced.
