Very such a high quality store and upscale merchandise the associate was a of a low quality and seeed very disinterested in assisting me and showing the products. Very little personality.

Bought 13items tonight and asked the sales and manager if the 10% was applied since I applied for pandora credit and used it with all my purchase since I didn’t see it in the receipt and the manager directly looked at my receipt and she said yes. I got home and checked everything again and I felt like she lied when the 10% was Actually didn’t cover my whole transaction. So yes I’m pretty upset about that.

I am finding it less appealing to go into this location because there aren’t enough sales associates. If you have to wait more than 15 minutes a place to sit and wait would be nice. Also, if you go in knowing what you want and have already told the associates that you are NOT interested in the special, I don’t want to be asked 3 more times. If I’m going to be pressured I’ll just shop online in the future. Lastly, I turned in my bracelet for cleaning and the charms were not put back in the same order as dropped off. Now I have to spend 15 minuets taking off 19 charms and putting them back like I had them. Not a happy customer at the moment!

Sales ladies (2) gave 100% focus to customers and I waited 30minutes to get any attention as I waited in the same spot patiently. They were helping a customer yes but I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy right away. They should have asked me what brought me in, asked their customer if they minded checking me out. They were endlessly seaching for every charm known to man. 3 other customers entered the store ignored. 1 left.

I went in looking for a bracelet and I just felt that the sales person didn’t really listen to me and kept trying to push me to purchasing more than what I needed. It kind of turned me off and makes me not want to go back. It felt to pushy. The store was beautiful, but with that , I was just ready to leave and not look around.

I went to the store to exchange a bracelet that was gifted to me by my son. It was too big.Returned a spacer that was not needed. Exchanging the bracelet for the right size was not a problem but returning the spacer was not possible because it bought on sale online and cannot be returned to the store. Mind you , this store is very far away from where I live and calling this store was impossible because the box is always full! Came to find out the phone has been broken for a long time before Christmas! What??? As store as large as you could not get the phone fixed? Waiting for someone to help was was so long and when helped finally was there , the assistant keeps on getting disrupted by other assistant.Very poor customer service to say the least. Sure I bought more charms and clips because the bracelet looked very sparse and I did not want to disappoint my son but I am not very happy that I was able to return something bought online. Sure I can return it but it will be a hassle to do it. It will not worth my time. Thanks, I hope you read this and do something about the store’s broken phone .Not happy at all.

nOT ENOUGH PEOPLE WORKING IN THE STORE THAT CAN CHECK YOU OUT. hAD TO GO BACK 2 TIMES IN ORDER TO FINISH MY PURCHASE.

I was not 100% satisfied due to learning that Pandora no longer offers Military discount. This is one of the primary reasons I went to this location. It's sad to see that in a Military community, this retail store no longer offers this discount.

I pointed to an item I wanted to see and she rotated trays to another and then I had to try to find the one charm I was previously looking at. She wouldn’t let me see the charms on the tray yet many other customers were looking at and touching charms. Just felt unappreciated but this was a gift I needed before flying back rob TN.
