Understaffed and had to wait for almost an hour to make a purchase. They had a sign in sheet. They skipped my name and another customer’s. I questioned it when I saw someone purchase that came in after me. The associate said I must not have heard my name. I said no, that I was listening very carefully and was close to the counter. She helped me after she was done with a customer.

The sales associate did not tell us about the sale, and when questioned she said it was too late. Additionally, she did not allow us to use the military discount.

We arrived at the store about 25 minutes before close. Having worked in retail before, I understand it can be frustrating for customers to walk in so soon prior to closing. However, this should not mean that the customer’s experience should in anyway be negatively affected because of that. We came in from out of town and we’re looking for a Colorado-specific charm. They were out of stock (which is not a big deal as the associates obviously have no control over that). What really made our experience less than great was that we felt so rushed. It was very obvious that the associate who was helping us was ready and anxious to be done for the day. I was very much aware of the time and did not intend to be there longer than closing time, but the pressure of feeling like I had to pick something quickly was very uncomfortable. The associate was generally nice, but you could just tell she did not want to be there anymore. And I get it, I would also want to go home at the end of a long day - but your customer should not feel like they have to rush to make a purchase during business hours.

I love Pandora. I have recently found a new obsession with the jewelry. However, my experience in the store in the Promenade shops was very uncomfortable. The sales associate seemed to be bothered whenever asked a question. I made a purchase but would have spent much more time and money had she been pleasant to work with.

All sales associates were very welcoming. My SA was very annoyed when asking about items. When wanting to look at a ring, I was asked “do I know my size” with an attitude. I felt very unwanted the entire time I was there with her. I tried to make her smile but it didn’t work. Only thing that made me proceed my purchase was Mother’s Day. I’ll return but I definitely would not want her to check me out.

I love Pandora jewelry and own many pieces. This particular store is the one I usually go to and always have a pleasant experience. This time it was not. The young lady that assigned me was not friendly and seemed to be in a roach to get me out the door. I went in to buy a bangle and charm as a gift but also was planning on getting my self a couple of things. She basically told me to look for what I wanted on the internet and I could take a picture and show her so that she could find the item. She mentioned their internet service was slow in the store and that if I went outside to stand by a tree near by the connection while be better. Again I was ready to shop for more. Her attitude as well was unwelcoming and that has never happened to me at this store. I was very disappointed and obviously didn’t buy more.

I went in the store to browse for a birthday gift for my daughter. The young sales rep, while pleasant, seemed reluctant to make much effort to assist me. I wanted to look at several selections and try them on. This was a very tedious process. She referred to the jewelry book and showed me pictures of the jewelry. I really think that if I am planning to spend several hundred dollars and I am a repeat customer, I deserve to see the items and try them on. With every item she showed me in the jewelry book, I had to repeatedly ask to see it and try it on. I had to ask to see the items repeatedly. I figured that she would get the hint that I really wanted to try these items on and I wouldn't have to repeatedly ask. Every item I asked to see, resulted in the sales rep fumbling with small plastic bins under the desk and opening up multiple little plastic bags. This seemed awkward and time consuming. I thought to myself "no wonder she does want me to try things on". I am seriously reluctant to go back to the store at this point. Please work with your young reps and teach them to make the extra effort so the customer can feel good, and not get frustrated and leave like I did.

There was a sign in the window stating you had $25 off when you spent $100. I spent over $100 but when I inquired why I was not receiving the 25 off the salesperson said that offer has expired. If you have the sign in the window, that offer should be given to the customer no questions asked.

The sales girl was not very experienced and seemed to have no idea how to help me. Acted like I was going to steal something and showed me 3 trays and that was it. If I wasn't in there for a very specific gift I would have left.
