I went the the Pandora store in Colorado Springs to buy some charms and a bracelet. We waited about 45minutes to be helped. The associate didn't seem very knowledgable about the charms. It felt like she was just trying to sell charms with her suggestions and sales style without giving much thought about the customers(me and my wife). We picked an open bangle bracelet, clear cz and noticed it had a sparkly piece missing. We brought that information up with the associate and continued on with charm picking. She went and put something away and we assumed that she replaced the bracelet but did not. We had to return to the store for another lengthy wait to exchange the bracelet. Was a disappointing experience.

There were only two associates at the store on a Saturday afternoon with at least 7 customers waiting to be helped with both associates taking extensive time with one customer at a time. I was the 3 customer in the store and had to wait one hour before being helped.

I lost my entire pandora charm bracelet and came into the store for two reasons: I wanted to give my insurance company the list of names and values for each individual item I lost, and I wanted to purchase replacements for five to ten specific sentimental charms. I had already done everything I could on the website with little success. The sales associates were super friendly and available, but I was surprised that THEY LITERALLY COULD NOT FIND A SINGLE ITEM THAT WAS NOT ON THE WEBSITE. It's an odd business model that can't even give the name of a product sold 2-5 years ago. I went into the store wanting to spend about $700, and I ended up not being able to spend a penny and crying a little.

The sales associates were very helpful,but a little overbearing for the fact that they would not stop to let us look at the bracelets with the prices and the charms. Took the time to pick things out but was never told prices of things until the end when we had already made a bracelet. I had no idea that the prices were so high.

I went in the store already knowing what I was going to purchase. No other customers were in the store but it took 15 minutes for any of the 3 associates to acknowledge me. In addition after my purchase I had to ask for a receipt and a jewelry bag, the associate told me to just wear it out of the store. I was planning to buy additional merchandise for my daughters but after the customer service I received, I changed my mind. I will never purchase from this company again.

We brought my mom in for the first time to get a bracelet and charms for mother’s day and our sales associate Krysten G. was very rude and did not give my mom a good first time experience. She was very rude towards my mom for asking simple questions and was not very friendly towards either of us from the second we walked in to the store. I have always gone into this store and had no issues and always had friendly associates help me with no issues.

From the get go, the sales representative seemed like she did not want to help me. I was attempting to return something I bought for my mother a couple of days before Christmas as a Christmas present. I attempted to explain that due to the pandemic my mother who is high risk has not been out of the house and this was the first chance to return it. All I got from the associate was eye rolls an attitude with an explaination of return policy. She seemed as if I was interrupting her conversation with the gentleman who was in the store and working on the fire extinguishers and that me being there was distracting her. Not at all friendly!

I purchased a Boo Charm 3 days before and it went on sale to half price. I was told they would fix the price and when I got home they had not fixed the price to half price. I called and talked to Darcy the store manager. She was rude on the phone! I was told I had to come in to do my exchange or accept the price. She did not even want to help to see if I was over charged. She acted like it was an inconvenience for her to get an iPad. Then when I came in she would not even talk to me and kept yelling at my family for looking in the cases. I also had another issue while I was there, I asked if they had more 50% off charms and they said no only the couple on the tray in front of me. Come to find out they had tons of trays of different ones, our sales lady was too lazy to grab them. Also our sales lady was more focused on her text messages on her watch then helping us out. What a bad experience!

While I LOVE Pandora (Mom started my first bracelet years ago) and will continue as a loyal customer, I will NOT return to this store because of Janet. She is not only disrespectful and snippy, she's incompetent.

Only had one associate on the floor and I had to wait over 20 minutes to be helped. While the customer in front of my only came in for the lion king charms, the sales associate went on to basically redesign the customers bracelet even though I was waiting. My transaction took less than 5 minutes to complete. It would have been nice if the sales associate at least acknowledged the fact I was waiting.
