I have been to this store several times. Each time, the store only has a couple associates and the place is packed. They have no way of tracking who is next and seem to help out the next person they see. I waited over 45 min just to buy one charm which I already knew what I wanted. It took less than 5 min. Unfortunately, the associates helped other people out and when I addressed that these people came in after me and another group, the associate didn't apologize or even try to help us at all. They continued to help these other people who decided to look through the entire catalog and ask about a whole bunch of charms. Before they came to me and my wife. When I talked to the associate about it, she replied yeah we are always understaffed. I guess the nonchalant attitude means the store doesn't care. I will never go to this store again. They didn't even ask us if we wanted to get our current bracelet cleaned. The Briargate store is terrible and I do everything I can to prevent anyone I know from going there.

The sales associate was a condescending snob. I didn't feel comfortable picking clips for the bracelet we bought as a gift. I wanted my friend to pick those out herself and the associate was not pleased. I feel like an idiot because I should have just left without making a puchase.
