I went in with my granddaughter to make sure the ring I had bought was the best for her. She chose 2 others and the service was great!

I walked in and was greated right away. I need to exchange a charm bracelet for my mother that i ordered online for mothers day. From the minute i opened the door it was one of the best experiences I've had. No problems exchanging the bracelet for 1 size larger. Since i had such great service I went ahead and bought another charm for the bracelet. I can't say enough about how wonderful my shopping experience was at your store in Colorado Springs off Briargate.

We were greeted and helped right away. The staff was patient while I looked through charms. I would say it appeared that stock/selection was lower than usual but it was Mother’s Day afternoon and I’m sure they had sold a lot recently. I was grateful that the Colorado charm was finally in stock and the employee pointed out to me it was out of stock for a year and they just got them back in. That was the charm I chose today to add to my bracelet as it’s been on my wish list for a while.

My bracelet that I got o Christmas seemed to have a defect and the representative quickly honored the warranty. She was very polite as well.

Even though I shop there only a few times a year I’ve never had a bad experience. I always get help in a timely manner and always feel welcome.

The moment we walked into the store, we were greeted by three different associates and asked if we needed any help. Once we described what we were looking for, the very kind associate brought out many options for us to look at and helped guide us to anything else we may like!
