The sales associate came right to us when we walked in and was friendly. We asked for something specific which she found the charms that were available but were not quite what we wanted. She found an alternative and we loved it.

I was looking for charms for my first baby coming in July. And the sales associates helped me find the perfect pieces to match my other charms and we’re so sweet the whole time.

Emily was so patient because i like to view many items before choosing. Also she was accommodating to my indecisiveness with a smile!

I received my first Pandora bracelet for my birthday from my sister. It was too small. The exchange was easy. I bought 1 charm and associate said I would receive 10% off because I am an RN. I then bought another charm. She forgot the discount on one of the charms.

I like the product. The sales people have always been pleasant. Just wish you kept better stock in my ring size.

I have a great experience at this store but today I felt as if I was being judge and I didn’t feel comfortable at first but as time went on it changed a little

The sales associate Riana was lovely. She was very friendly. She had a commitment to building a relationship with me.
