The store was bright and inviting. I was immediately greeted as I entered the store. Kathy helped me with a warranty claim professionally. I appreciated how she made me feel important and relaxed. I was nervous about how smooth Pandora’s warranty process would go and thanks to Kathy, I learned it was easy. I am so glad that I was assisted her.

The lady that helped me was named Kathy. She was extremely nice and made sure I walked out the store with what I wanted.

The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The selection was ok it could have been better. But overall I was pleased.
