They are very friendly. Even with a nice amount of customers already in the store, I didn't have to wait for service. Ron is awesome!!!

The sales associate John R was phenomenal. He was extremely sweet and friendly. He helped me decide which charms looked best on my bracelet and how to clean my bracelet. I don't live in the local area, I was in town for a weekend trip. But, if I did live locally. I would come back to this location just for him.

I was greeted by a sales associate who immediately and professionally acknowledged me upon entering the store. Although she was taking care of another customer she directed me to the next associate who was finishing up with his customer. Jonathan was very knowledgable about the products, listened to what I was looking for he knew exactly what I needed. He was so informative, that the person who accompanied me made a purchase in spite of the fact she wasnt looking to make a purchase. I will be returning to the store in 2 weeks to make another purchase and will call ahead to confirm that Jonathan will be there to assist me.
