The store was not crowded. The sales person dedicated all her time to me. At the end she suggested three different pendant that I liked.

Sales associate was very friendly. This was my first time in a Pandora store. I was very impressed. Prices are somewhat high, but everything in Pandora is sterling and great quality.

The sales associate was super helpful and eager to help. There was just two of them working though which meant people had to wait quite a while for assistance. We already knew what we wanted when walking into the store but so waiting 30+ minutes felt a bit too long.
