I've been a pandora customer for a long time now, and I will only come to Jonathan for him to clean my jewelry at this location. He is always the sweetest to me and makes sure I am taken care of. My birthday is tomorrow and I've been wanting to get a new charm band, so I decided to look at the bands after I got my jewelry cleaned. JhaNee helped me out, and I told her I loved shiny things. She immediately brought me out all the shiny charms. She knew exactly what I wanted. She helped me out so much, and she literally made my birthday weekend. She was so kind and listened to everything I asked for. She won me over and I ended up buying a charm as well. I plan to come back tomorrow to get another bracelet for my birthday.

The sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the product and listened to what I was requesting. I requested a charm that is sports charm that is not offered and they were aware of the next sports charms available and when. They made suggestions as to charms I might enjoy and constructed the bangle I will enjoy for a lifetime.

I love the Pandora charm bracelets. There are lots of charms to pick from making it easy to personalize and create something special. I will be shopping there in the future.
