The customer service, very friendly all in the store. Even with other customers. The availability and all the merchandise loved it, very neat store. Pandora has become my number 1 store for jewelry.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jonathan. He was not pushy at all when it pertained to selling the bracelet I bought. With it being my first time in the store and first purchase ever, I had so many charms I wanted. He helped me prioritize which charms to get first so that in the end it will look like I want it too. He was great and very funny.
