I needed to have my bracelet cleaned and buy another bracelet to put charms on that I didn't have room for on the one that I currently had. Jonathan was extremely friendly and so helpful!! I enjoyed him and his contagious smile as he helped me choose the perfect new bracelet. He cleaned my bracelet and charms perfectly and it was beautiful.

I am very satisfied with my purchases every time I come into the store. The customer service service I receive when I am inside of the store is excellence. I’m always able to find exactly what I am looking for when I come inside of the store.

This was my first time visiting a Pandora store. Even though there were quite a few customers in the store at that time, when a sales associate became available, she immediately asked how she could assist me and found exactly what I was looking for when I showed her the picture from the website. She also helped me find another suitable ring when the initial one I was interested in didn't fit me.

The sales person Jon was very helpful and considerate to my budget. He helped me pick the best bracelet in my price range and gave me very helpful suggestions.

When I walked into the store I was just looking around. Once I got in there I had a sale rep offer to clean my bracelet which I had no clue that could be done for free. While that sale rep was cleaning my bracelet I the other sale rep Jon was very helpful. We talked about new merchandise that was coming to the store, also even showed me different color charms I could add to my bracelet that would give it a pop. He was amazing.

The sales associate was very sweet and engaging . She was very helpful . I bought a set a new bracelet and two charms the price was reasonable and the shopping experience was overall pleasant

Overall experience was good. They need to have more sales person in to assist. When I was in there my sales person had to assist others while working with me.
