Went into the store to exchange a bracelet that I had that messed up on the clamp. The ladies were extremely helpful. Had been to the Southpark Mall store the day before and the charm selection there was awful. Went to the Blakney store to do my exchange and was surprised at how much more of a selection that had there than Southpark. Regardless, I got some charms for my bracelet, exchange the defective bracelet and life was great!

The service was absolutely incredible and it was so easy to make my exchange. The store manager, Jonathan, could not have been more helpful and courteous. I will definitely be coming back soon!

The sales associate Bianca was very helpful and patient while I made up my mind on a purchase for myself and my two sisters. She didn't rush me and offered advice as I looked and decided. She also made very good suggestions on my gift purchases.

I love Pandora store and the variety of charms and items they have, even if there is no special prices are always good for what I am getting. it has become my favorite jewelry store.
