Customer service was excellent, proucst is good quality and price was not bad.

The sales associate at South Park Mall, Charlotte, NC was so very helpful and understanding. I told her what I was looking for, a charm to honor my mom whom recently passsed. She showed compassion and presented options that were perfect.

Associate was friendly and helpful, plenty of stock to choose from. Love seeing the associates all wearing the different pieces of Pandora!

The sales associates greeted me as they were helping others. The wait wasn’t long. I knew what I wanted as I had saved it in my cart on line. Elaina helped me to pick out the right charms for the two bracelets I had with me.

I had a great experience at this location. However, the associates were all busy when I walked in and I wasn’t provided with any greeting when I walked in. No one said they’d be right with me or any acknowledgment at all. I had come in looking for the new Pooh bear charm. I was told they were out by the associate but another one chimed in and found a bag full of them in the back. I asked if there were any other gold plated charms in stock and she pulled out a book for me to look at instead of the trays as normally done when I ask. They did have a few in that I liked and purchased. I did take advantage of the buy two get one free but wasn’t able to use my military discount. Otherwise the experience was fine.
