I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience at this store because the sales people were very nice and acknowledged every person that came into the store even though they were both busy helping other people. I was also highly satisfied because the sales associate named Jonathan who helped my mom and I was very knowledgeable about the Pandora products and answered all of my mom's questions. He took his time helping us and didn't appear rushed even though there were several customers waiting. He made my mom and I feel special while we were in the store. My mom was also impressed because instead of just showing her pictures of the products she was asking about, he let her try them on.

The salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable about the merchandise. He very friendly and suggestions what would good on me. He was very informative about new merchandise.

Rachael was so sweet and helped me when trying to hide the purchase from my girlfriend! I had been looking at the ring I purchased for so long and was pleased to find it at my Pandora location! I haven’t shopped here a lot before but I definitely will start now! It’s great!!

Everyone in the store was super nice, but Rachael and Jon handled by return, price adjustment, with no issues or hesitation.

The manager helped me with my purchase. He took the time to balance my bracelet and clean it. He gave excellent customer service.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the Disney collection as well as what was sold in store and park exclusives. The ladies working also took the time to clean my charms for me and made sure to put them back on my bracelet the same way they were on it before they took them off.

All of the salespersons are great and helpful. The prices are a little bit high to me being on a fixed income. My sisters and me all started getting a bracelet and I really love them.
