At the South Park store in Charlotte NC I was treated very well. Rachael and Jon were excellent to work with.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jon, and I can fully say that he is the main reason I’ll be back to this location. He helped me out so much and gave me more advise and tips then anyone else who works for Pandora. He told me things about my bracelet and the charms I already had, that I didn’t even know about. I left buying three things when I only planned to buy one, and I couldn’t be happier.

I visited Jon in the South Park Mall location. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He remembered me from when i just have to replace my bracelet three months ago. I have to return my bracelet for the second time because the clasp kept breaking. ( By the way the Pandora store in Northlake Mall gave me the run around with the same bracelet.)

The Sales Associate/Store Manager "Jon" was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He understood what I needed to accomplish, and presented me with all available options. He took his time with all my questions. I never felt rushed. He made me laugh a lot giving me a unique experience. I recommend he be acknowledged for his excellent customer service skills. I really enjoyed shopping with his help.
