Pandora Jewelry

I needed to exchange my Pandora bracelet for a different size, the one I received for Christmas was too big. My husband and I went to this Pandora store the day after Christmas and was expecting a mess. It was actually a pleasant experience. Though they were short staffed this day, we were put on a list in the order we entered the store and received service within 10 minutes. The lady assisting us with our exchange was very nice and professional!

It was last minute Christmas shopping and took care of most of my list with the sale girl at pandora.

I went into the store because an item I owned was broken. I noted it was a gift that I only had for a short period of of time. Both the sales associate & manager I worked with were helpful and accomadating. They replaced the item without hesitation. I visted on 12/21, a busy holiday time so the staff were great with being overworked @ this time of the year. I ask for gift cards for the holiday, I will use them at this store, South Park Mall branch in Charlotte, NC was great!!!!

The staff was eager to assist and hear what I was looking to purchase. The item I wanted was available and quickly located. I also had my charm bracelet and necklace cleaned while there. The whole experience was completed in less than 20 minutes with efficiency and courtesy.

The quality of Pandora items

My daughter wanted a certain ring and the associate knew what it was based off of my description. The associate was very nice and helpful.

As soon as we walked in the store, a sales associate greeted us and asked for our name and how may they assist us. They was very well mannered and helpful and the wait wasn't long. I was very satisfied.
