I was purchasing a gift card as a Christmas gift. The associate who greeted me when I entered helped me immediately and was able to confirm there was a Pandora store in the giftee’s city. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to pick a Christmas card for free as well. A bonus!

Jonathan R the manager was very helpful and had alot of patience with me. Although this is my 2nd bracelet I was purchasing for my mom he was very very helpful. He was so helpful that I talked my sister into coming to his store(Southpark)vs Northlake which she is a about 5 minutes away because Jonathan was Super helpful.
