The salesperson Emily was extremely helpful. She took her time with us. She worked hard to locate the items we were looking for. She's one of the best salespeople I've worked with at any Pandora store. She did tell us that customer surveys are printed on the receipt are only available to customers once every 6 months. I think this is a ridiculous new policy. It only saves $10 and most people spend well over the $100 limit when using them. I think this is ridiculous and shortsighted by Pandora. Please consider removing this rule.
