The sales associates are always readily available to greet you and if they cant assist you right away, they let you know when they can without ignoring you. They always try to find exactly what your looking for and suggest other items that compliment the item that your purchasing. I do appreciate if I call the store in advance to see if a product is at the store, they usually set it aside so that I can just show up and not have to wait to have them look for it. Always the best customer service at this location. This is why I always look forward to come back to this store.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because i was greeted with warmth and love. They made it easy to pick out the perfect bracelet for my girlfriend. And made me aware of the coupons if i did the survey.

The salesclerk Augustina was. Wry helpful. I receive a pandora bracelet for my 50th birthday however the bracelet was to small. I was disappointed because it was so beautiful. I decided to go to the pandora store to see what can be done. Augustina was very helpful. She let me exchange it out. I was almost in tears from joy. Thank you for giving great customer service.

Agustina was so patient with me and very knowledgeable. She gave me no push back about my exchange. She also helped me find the right bracelet to make into a anklet I was so happy and excited.

One of the items that I wanted to purchase was not available. It was on the website but not in the store. I needed this purchase immediately for a birthday gift. Therefore I had to select a different one and it cost more money.

I am highly statisfed because i went to North Carolina , and the lady knew everything about the rings i wanted and it was very clean , and she took her time helping me find my ring size and i very much am grateful for the expierence
