The women who helped me I felt like was ready to leave. She did mention she was clocking out soon and she barely seemed interested in helping me

At this location, I was asked to wait outside until someone could help me. A few associates were in the store with no customers. The associate who informed me of this process after we entered the store was not professional about it. I wanted to just walk away but my husband insisted we wait. This doesn’t give opportunity to explore the store - meaning you have to know what you want ahead of time - and takes away from the whole Pandora experience. I also noted that “rule” didn’t apply to all customers as some waited inside the store to be helped. The associate we worked with however, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jewelry not available and you need more staff to help. Employees were amazing, but you need more staff to accommodate customers

I was excited to shop for my Pandora charm and was ready to spend the $135 to receive my free bracelet for the special offer they had going. I chose all my charms and rings and was ready to go. Just to be told that because I already had my credit card with Pandora I did not qualify. Later I reread the terms and conditions and this was not one of the reasons. I feel lied to.

Store busy and not enough employees to help. And some employees did not help the customer in the order they came in the store and some of us had to wait too long.
