Waited too long for someone to help me, only to be told I had to go online to discuss repairs of my bracelet.

Because it is a good product and your style is unique and recommend for every occasion and the person loves the present you give with good quality

The store appeared to be over staffed and most of the associates seemed more interested in chatting with each other than interacting with the customers. The associate that decided to help me seemed to have trouble locating the items that I went in for. This is not a store that I regularly visit as I was out of town and on vacation. It definitely did not live up to my expectations for Pandora in a higher end mall....

Went in looking for pink charms. Very limited options in this store in particular. Have been to other stores where they offer more options.

The silver bracelets that i wanted were not there and i got the bangle kind. i bought 8 Charmes for it and only 2 fit. that was very disappointing i'm hoping i can find the snake kind to replace the others with. i spent over 3,000 dollars so im thinking Pandora will help in this situation. i also brought my sister and she spent over 1,000.

A lot of charms were not available

45 minute wait in line is ridiculous. The store had 3 associates that were not even helping customer

Due to the fact the display tray(s) which had charms for 60% off was shown to me after looking @ the more expensive trays. I feel either should have been presented/ tray displaying 60% off first especially since I purchased the pandora bracelet and lock .

Did not have all the selection of merchandise I wanted.

The only issue, had to wait 23 minutes in line.
