I had to make a line to enter in the store.

When in line, the sales associate Samir was friendly and helpful, but once inside the young lady who rung me up didn't have good customer service and was.

The sales associate was not friendly, she was somewhat rude. I asked for the bag and not the box style bag and she seemed aggrevated. She was never said Thank you.

Poor Product Selections

I haven’t been in a Pandora store for a long while. The salesperson was helpful, but lacked enthusiasm and barely smiled. I felt like I was really bothering her.(although she was busy putting new barcode labels on everything thing in the store). There were 2-3 other salespeople in the store. I had considered buying the items on line where I would have received 10% off, but I wanted to see the items close and personal. So I guess you could say I was disappointed.

I was highly satisfied with my overall experience. However, when it came time to checkout I wasn’t told that the sliding bracelet that I wanted was a different price than the one shown.

I have a twin side-by-side stroller as well as a front and back stroller and each time it is a bit of a tight squeeze maneuvering through the line set up outside the store, my strollers are designed to fit through normal sized spaces and I had to take my stroller outside of the line in order to not injure anyone or knock anything over. It was just an awkward spacing, around the store as well, I know you can’t magically widen the store because of twin strollers but perhaps for more handicap accessible space. I also wished they had more options for accessories such as the opener for your bracelets. I also would like if more solid gold accessories were available for purchase in store and online and for a more reasonable price. It would be delightful to see real rose gold and white gold or platinum added to your collection one day, as the silver jewelry tarnishes and is no longer as beautiful as it once was. Maybe even jewelry cleaner to preserve my items at home.

Just size availability was huge I wanted a size 19 in the wrist bracelet and they only have an 18 which was snugg. I tried to ask an order online but was told my discount wouldn't apply. Not mad just wanted a bigger size.

Some of the prices was a little high. No sales or promotions were offered.

No marathon runner selections and not many bling options. Some charms are not worth the price.
