Clasp on reflexions charm not strong enough to keep it attached I lost a charm

Just felt like with the price that I paid I should not have had to come in to get my jewelry clean because of it was severely tarnished.

The return or exchange items are to hard and confusing for me

The sales associate didn’t quite know about the new charms but lucky another associate Samir helped her and us. Thanks to him, I ended up spending more of my husband money lol. Thank you Samir
