It took awhile to be attended, but overall the time wait to get inside the store was 15-20 minutes.

Being of the sale some selections were slim to none 😩 but other than that was a great shopping trip

Sales rep pleasant. But didn't offer to show me any new and/or sale items. Only showed me the item I asked about. Also the other sales rep did a poor (rush) job on cleaning my previously purchased bracelets. I am not pleased with my bracelets being poorly cleaned. The complimentary jewelry cleaning is one of the main reasons I purchase Pandora products. Please address this important issue with your staff. Thank you 😊

People were not socially distanced in line

I originally placed my order online. When I received my order it was missing 3 items. When I received the second shipment the bracelet was the incorrect size which is why I had to even make a trip to the retail location.

The store associates controlled the number of customers allowed in the store. One associate behind the counter and the associate at the entrance were signaling to each other so that counter salesperson would only see certain customers. We waited longer that is should have taken for another counter salesperson because is the signaling. There were several customers in line watching the same thing. The associate at the entrance receiving the signals said this person was cleaning. When we were allowed in the store, she was bending down behind the counter trying to hide. She did that for 3 sets of customers and management said nothing. Management stood behind the cash register and did not help move the line at all. Very lax service from the top down.

Due to the store being far away from where I live

It was an okay experience.

Promotion was not what expected, the spend 125.$ and geta free bracelet. Sales person pushed to replace the bracelet with a discount.

Everything was great. The store was snail and had to wait in line. The lady who helped was great.
