This was my first time purchasing from Pandora. I believe there is always room for improvement. My sales rep was a little pushy.

Return policy is to short now I have to return the items and repurchase closer to my sister’s birthday she lives out of town. To much rose gold and not enough silver beads..

There were quite a few customers in the store but only three associates.With COVID, I would have thought there would be limitations on the number of people in the store.

I came in for the buy a bracelet, receive a free charm deal. They were out of the charm and said it could not be ordered. I feel, a substitution should be allowed. Also, when an item isn’t available at that particular location, I feel they should allow us to make our purchases at the store we are at, and be able to pick up the unavailable item at another location. On several occasions, we have had to cancel purchases of items, in order to chase down an unavailable item at a different location.

I wish you were selling gold pieces, not plated gold. Because how are u suppose to wash ur hands ? The rings are plated so u cant wash ur hands with soap, ummm makes no sence

Could have more selections. And the store is kind of crowded

While the employee was nice, the store is pretty small. If there are more than five customers, it's very difficult to move around.

The selection of charms was disappointing. None of the new arrivals were in the store.
