The first location I went to was the Northlake Mall location in Charlotte, NC. I went back because I purchased the enchanted crown ring the day before and by that night one of the clear stones came out. I went back to the Northlake Mall location and the manager on duty told me that she couldn't let me get another one because it was apart of the 50% off sell. But I know that you can especially if it's damaged. So she told me to call the customer service number but they were closed due to it being New Year's Day. Then she tells me well we don't even have that size. She never asked me if I would consider having the ring in a different size. But it was odd to me that she told me she couldn't let me do the exchange but then tells me we don't have that size in stock. But I told her the manager that did my transaction told me if anything happens to it I can bring it back in to exchange it. But I called the South Park Mall location who didn't have my size either but I got the ring in a smaller size to wear on my ring finger. I drove 30 minutes out the way to get good customer service that I should have gotten from the first location.

The associate was not very knowledgeable about the product. There was also not a ton of product available in my size. I might be returning my product.

The employee was very helpful. The products were on sale and everything was readily accessible. The environment was very pleasant and I was very delighted with my purchase.

Felt like I was rushed! Wouldn’t pull the whole tray out for me to look at. Would have bought more but I got tired of being treated like I was going to steal something!!

The store is really small & there is not enough counter space for employee to help customers. I felt a little cramp.

Because of a previous experience in Columbia, my original bracelet was not available. This location had exceptional service.

I visit this store on a Saturday afternoon the associates were very friendly however it was busy so it was a quick visit in and out

Not to much diffirent desing and style and missing little girls rings

Some of the charms I was looking to purchase were not available.

Staff super friendly. Pretty jewelry.
