My first experience in the Pandora store after being gifted a bracelet. The sales associate educated me on the different charms. Very knowledgable about the care of the jewelry. They attended to my needs in a timely manner.

1. I took a chance driving all the way from N. Charlotte not knowing if you had what I wanted to purchase because no one bothered to answer the phone or return a phone call for 2 days. Northlake Mall kept giving me a bogus number to call as well. Had I not been persistent I would just said the heck with it. 2. I was surprised I had to wait for 20 minutes to get sales help 3. During the Christmas Season you may want to think of somehow expanding your store so more people can wait comfortably and there's a less wait time. you lost sales because people did not want to wait 15-20 minutes.

I went there because my girlfriend wonted a Pandora bracelet, me as a guy have no clue how to purchase this thing so I felt maybe someone in there would be able to guide me to the right item, I was greeted very quickly from this gentleman and put me on a list to wait to talk to someone, I thought that was a great touch that way there’s no ppl comparing, but when it was my turn, the person who help look like she didn’t want to be there, and every question I ask seems like it was bothering her. There’s. Lot of options in pandora, so I felt I didn’t get to see or compare what my girlfriend would it want to have. Def the bracelet it’s beautiful and I’ll be back but I will make sure I will get someone that treats me a bit better.

I was told about a promotional offer upon entering the store which was not applied at the time of purchase. I had to ask for it and the associate had to do quite a bit to correct it. It was very obvious she thought I wouldn’t catch that the discount wasn’t applied. It was very disappointing. Overall my experience with the visit was among the best I’ve ever had in a Pandora store. I just wish she hadn’t tried to avoid honoring the discount. Especially considering it was a military discount for Veterans Day. Just in very poor taste.

Overall I think the jewelry is just ok. Wish it had multiple sizes.

When we went inside the store associates were helping other customers and did not greet us. They did not acknowledge our presence. They did not say a word to us until they were done with the other customers. An acknowledgment at least or a simple please wait I’m almost done would have been nice.
