It was close to closing time and the person tending to us said she was leaving for the day and we would be assisted by another person but she was already sent to us before it was told to us that the orginal lady would be leaving so we were abit confused as to why another person was searching for the pieces I was about to purchase.

The Area that the employees have to work in is cramped and crowded and everyone was needing to pull from the same cabnet

The sales associate was looking at the Pandora purchase I made several months ago. I asked for a ring similar and she said that she did not have in her store...I found it myself! She was nice but did not really know her product. I have bought many pieces and I love them! So I helped her!

This was my second visit. I had walked in earlier and two female associates were busy looking at something on their cell phones to acknowledge me, had backs turned to counter. I walked out. After lunch, I went back and Jonathan was very atrentive and helpful. He made up for the prior experience.

Friendly staff

I was satisfied with the service, but the price was to high for each individual charm needed for my particular bracelet.

There were only two Asso to take want on customers. They were great, I had to wait for a long time.

My experience was great. No complaints.

Pandora is beautiful but it is highly overpriced ...

I wish the bee collection was in 14 kart gold, not plated.
