The merchandise and staff were great and I was satisfied but I do not think it was an exception experience

The associate helping me was Jonathan and he was exceptional. He helped me purchase my first Pandora bracelet. However, the sales lady helping my daughter was rude and condescending towards her. It was a night and day difference between the 2

Pricing is too high for value. Customer service can be a bit too pushy at times.

The salesperson that helped me was very friendly she did a excellent job I like the store the stopper in my charm does not work well it still slides freely she change it out several times one works the other does not.

The visit was good. I do feel the weekend after Valentines even though it was a Sunday should of had more than two employees working. I went in the afternoon and it was very busy.. other than that I had a wonderful visit.. thank you

Lots of items were out of stock. Not enough employees working, had to wait. Some supposedly new charms were worn or old.

Im sure this was due to holiday store volume but I had to wait 30 mins just to see a person to conduct a straight forward return. Though I will say I do like the sign in process in the very crowded store prevents line cutting.

I was not pleased with the idea of the wait to get to a sale associate. It was over 30 minutes to get to a sale person. I wish there was another system for customers. I do realize it was during Christmas that I made my first and second purchase of Pandora items. I took advantage of a sale in Houston and then again in Charlotte NC, so for that I was grateful. However, in both locations, there was a wait for a sales person.

I wanted a pedant and a letter charm that you all didn't have in stock there, but lucky was able to find a charm to put on the bracelet...

The only thing was that there weren’t enough people to help at once their was a waiting list, but besides that everything was fine.
