When i first came in the store i encountered a pushy sales person it was the Not the person i purchased from. The only guy that worked there was pushy “What brought you in” what you looking for. Who are you shopping for in a rapid talking fashion is and was annoying. I came in to purchase not to be pushed one way or the other.

The item I needed was out of stock. Store was cramped with a lot of people. Not enough help....one employee was simply walking around trying to look busy.

My original sales person was outstanding but then another lady finished boxing my purchase and when I left would not say merry Christmas.i it will make me think twice about shopping with pandora. I hope my wife wants to refund the purchase.

The service is never as great as it is at other locations I have visited in the same area.

The associates did not seem very knowledgeable and seemed pre-occupied. Did not have all the items I wanted.

All my friends and sister have Pandora...I have never wanted one of the bracelets. I have David Yurman bracelets. When I went to MD Anderson in Houston in fall of 2015, I went into a Brighton store for my best friend to buy a purse. I saw their bracelets and liked them so I bought one..very expensive. The charms were so heavy they fell to bottom of my wrist. Today I went to Brighton in Charlotte, NC and said for me to go to Pandora to buy a bracelet to hold my charms with stops. And I love the bracelet. It holds the charms perfectly. I just wish they weren't so expensive.

The sales associate said there was only one ring that had the sapphire in it, but on display there were 3. I look younger than my actual age and was treated as if I was a child and couldn't afford such jewelry.

Had to wait to long on a tablet to become available for me to be able to check out with a credit card. This is a busy season and having to wait for a tablet to become available is not good business!!!!

The sales associate had to to search through numerous trays of charms before we could find what I wanted, and the pricing catalog appeared to be very confusing.
