The store was extremely busy so not able to look at merchandise as we wanted to and due to the busyness, sales associates were not able to take care of all customers in a timely manner.

The sales accociates were friendly and helpful. I found almost everything I wanted. But in deed there were problems too. First of all, the store ran out of the 17" rose gold bracelet I needed so I had to buy 18" inches instead. Secondly, the store ran out of boxes despite I really needed one as it was a gift. I ended up getting a small ring/nacklace box for the bracelet I purchased and that did not work very well. But I had no other choice l. Lastly, they couldn't figure out how to place a charm over a bracelet (I guess because it was a new product?), so they told me I can find a jeweler to cut off one of the connecting rings to place the charm. I bought the charm and bracelet anyways. Then later on that night I figured how to put it on, without cutting my bracelet off...I would totally have listened to their advice and ruin my new bracelet if I didn't keep trying.

The staff was very friendly, I was helped really fast. My bracelet was broken so I had to return it and get a new one but other than that my experience was great

My daughter and I came in to shop for matching rings. We had to wait outside of the store as the associates were assisting others. This was no big issue, as I get alot of businesses are short staffed. However, while we were looking at rings an associate opened the glass and removed the rose gold items we were looking at. I said excuse me, but we were looking at those, her response to me (not even looking me in my face) was I'm helping her "if she'd come on". I said I don't need your assistance we were just looking. So, then another young lady came over and said I can help you. I thanked her and told her that we were looking, and the lady just moved the entire tray to the bottom. I expressed my frustration to her, and she informed me she was from the Northlake store and at that location just to help out. I enjoy shopping at Pandora, but this was a horrible experience and if it were not for my daughter really wanting matching rings, I would have definitely spent my money elsewhere, but she loves Pandora. I did not ask to speak to the manager as I did not want to make a scene, and I didn't get her name. she was a very tall Caucasian woman with dark black hair. Very rude!

Sales Associate quoted us wrong sales price 2x & she acknowledged sales tag on items should have been taking down before then. Highly disappointed that she mislead us on a sale. Thinking to return

I was being helped by an associate and then she kept getting interrupted by another associate, she did not give me her full attention. she went and helped someone else before done helping me. I had to wait for another associate to help me because she never came back to help me. I almost walked out to go to a different location.

The store did not a lot of spacers . I was shown one “rack” but that’s about it. Not sure of the store is just too busy to keep us with demand . It is located inside a mall.
