Pandora Jewelry

“Less is more”. Sales associates had jewelry on all ten fingers, countless bracelets on each arm. It wasn’t at all attractive, especially the earrings in the nose of one associate. It nauseated me. They looked like they are in the wrong profession.

I bought a charm that said “lucky to have you” on sale online. Add did not indicate charm said “Mom” on other side. My exchange for this charm was not given at sale price. The mistake was not my fault.

Waited in a line for 40 mins. Then they did not have two of the items I was looking for in store.

I felt very rushed and sales associate was not helpful

I was not able to return a ring that I placed before Christmas bc it was past the extended date that was given. I had let her know I had already came before but needed some type of proof and when I came back with order form it was too late. Now I have to contact support.

The sales associate was not friendly at all. The worst one I’ve had at this Pandora. She kept saying the sizes of rings were 54 or 52 but that didn’t help us, we’re looking for 7, 8, etc.

The associate that was working with me seemed disinterested. I was excited to purchase a ring to compliment my engagement ring and she seemed uninterested in helping me. I ended up leaving with a ring that I later realized was too big. She made me feel uncomfortable in the store.

Almost everything we ask for is not available in the store I need to go to other store to pick up one of the items...

One associate was busy helping another customer while another associate left the floor to go into the back room keeping me waiting for over 5 min. Almost left without making a purchase.
