Obviously, the day after Christmas is not the best day to be at any store. One of the entrances was closed off with a note to use the other door and get checked in for service. I have seen this system used before at other Pandora stores. New staff coming on for their shift didn't know this system was in place and was confused calling people in line. I had to correct the store associate as I didn't want to jump the line. Didn't see as single associate smile or thank anyone for their purchase. We weren't asked how we wanted to pay. Associate assumed we wanted to use a credit card. We didn't - we preferred cash; however, we wanted to just get out of there. When I showed the associate what charm I wanted she said they didn't have it. I had to show her where it was in the store. Kind of unacceptable that she doesn't know the merchandise and supply levels. Shouldn't there be a method where she can search to see if it is in store? Overall, not a great experience. And, while I do like looking at the app and online, it isn't the same as seeing the charms in person.

The sales associate that helped me had THE. MOST. DISGUSTING. FINGERNAILS!!! It took her twice as long to put the earrings in the sponge thing in the box as it should have because she couldn't hold on to the earrings because her fingernails were sooooo long and unkempt! I almost left because I was getting so frustrated and sick watching her. At one point I told her I would do it because it looked like she was having trouble. In reality I really didn't want those nasty fingernails on the earrings I was buying! If I hadn't needed a last minute birthday present for my daughter, I would have left! If she would trim her nails to a more normal length she could help more customers in a shorter amount of time! Before that visit I had the impression that Pandora is a classy, upscale store! I no longer have that opinion!

The waiting list to get on the store took more than 50 minutes and after waiting this long, the sales associate was not very helpful and we could see that she was working dismotivated and I think it is a little unpolite with your clients. I felt pressure to hurry in my purchasing decision.

Absolutely no customer service, I have been treated better in a meat market where I expect to have to take a number for service. Sales people that can't look you in the eye and offer suggestions on the product they are selling, just want you to make your selection and leave so they can get to the next paycheck (person waiting to buy), it's was obviously commission sales job.

Know room to move and know way to look at most merchandise! Not a very good system for exchanges! I was in the store for over an hour!

Cuando fui el 30 de noviembre a la tienda,no me gustó la atención de la joven,no me puso atencion y no me dio opciones para mi compra,porque era mi cumpleaños y era mi primera vez adquiriendo una pieza en Pandora,tampoco me mencionó el especial que empezaba el dia 1ero donde por gastar 125 te regalaban un bangle,me parecio que ella debió decirmelo porque yo se lo pregunte,habría sido algo mejor pues habria comprado charms para el bangle y eso me habria motivado a seguir comprando. El dia 1ero regrese a la tienda y un joven caballero me atendió muy bien, me ayudó en la devolución y me ayudó perfectamente a escoger piezas que me sirvieran y que me haran regresar a la tienda. De ese empleado estoy muy satisfecha de su trato. Creo que se llama Jonathan. En Pandora de South Park,Charlotte, NC.

I went to the pandora store to exchange rings for a smaller size and get new charms for my bracelet. The store associate told me that they did not have the smaller sized rings I needed at this store. The Blakeney pandora store only had one of the rings in the correct size. I asked if the right sized rings could be shipped to my home. The answer was no. I was never told when the smaller sized rings would be in stock at either malls (South Park or Blakeney).
