I had a new sales associate assisting me and she was not real knowledgeable. Also I feel the should have offered to clean my bracelet; the Pandora store in St. Louis does that.

The manager and sale associates at South Park location were very unpleasant and not welcoming at all and did not provide world class service

The sales associate wasn’t the friendliest. She rudely told us to come into the store. Also when I got my pendant engraved she never showed me the options I saw online so what I wanted I thought I couldn’t get it

When I asked the associate if they had any types of flags, like Texas or Mexico. She rudely replied and laughed NO you have to go to Mexico for that. Both girls where rude racist and do not belong in customer service!

The associate treated me like a thief. She seemed bothered to serve me. She tried to rush me out like she had something better to do.

Representative did not put the right charm in the bag. I looked at a sister charm and a friend charm. I declined the sister charm and told her I would take the Friendship charm. I gave my friend the gift and when she opened it, it was a sister charm.

The Southpark Mall Pandora you feel rushed, undervalued and there has to be a better method. Was I shown all charms available?probably not because the sales associate is more concerned with the long line outside the store...shopping at Pandora has become not a good experience.

This Pandora store sales associate was very rude. I waited 2 hours in line and instead of being sympathetic she gave me attitude so I asked for another sales associate to assist me.

The assistant who was helping me acted as if she didn’t want to even waste her time with me. She wouldn’t even show me other options when I asked to look at charms and I just felt very rushed. The line to even get into the store was absolutely ridiculous.

The salesperson did not mention the offer for free bracelet I just looked up and saw the sign she had already rang mine up and my sister and I could have combined our purchase
