The limited edition bangle was not available and I was not told prior to standing in line and in the store for over 30 minutes. Associate was not helpful. Messed up on engraving the 1st time.

Had to stand in a line outside of the store when we can all see there are at least 5 associates not helping anyone inside. When purchased order associate was very obviously high. After asking for it to be wrapped I received the dangle hitting around in the box and no wrapping paper in the bag. Ordered online last year and item and wrapping material received were so much nicer. If this was for me I wouldn’t have purchased or returned right away, but unfortunately a gift for someone who put it on their wish list.

The sales associates acted like they didn't care that I was there or if I purchased anything or not.. Two of them were chatting with each other so much they could care Less. They young lady that did help was ok...I guess... I would of purchased more But they didn't need my money....

You had three sales associates and a manager in the store. Only one associate was busy and it took to long to get waited on. I was happy with my associate, but you had another white associate who was rude. And not being honest about the product.

Store salesperson talked down to my daughter. Made her feel stupid. Orig plan was to exchange for new rings, instead they walked out store having purchased a clean kit.

I have been a longtime Pandora customer. I felt that the store should have given me a new ring in exchange for my ring that was bent. Highly upset

I was looking for a particular ring for my daughter. I was shown and purchased the item I thought. However I did ask the associate if there was another ring like the one I was asking because I did not think that was the one my daughter had requested. Associate sort of argued and made me feel like I was silly in my request and proceeded to go ahead and cash me out with what indeed ended up being the WRONG ring for my daughter. She is away at school and does have a store local to exchange so now she is not able to have her birthday gift until Thanksgiving.
