I bought something and was told I could exchange if needed bc I was unsure of the size. Well it was to small so I tried to return it and was told at the southpark store in NC that you had no more of the bracelet I bought. I could not even get credit for it so I had to keep the bracelet that was no good and I purchased a bracelet bc it was a gift and I needed it that evening. I was very disappointed I have purchased a lot of pandora in the past for family, friends and myself and was told I could return it and then was told i could not. they didn't even see if you had more available on line. ]]]

Not on this purchase, but on my last visit a few weeks ago I brought in 3 rings to get cleaned. I was on my break at work, so I dropped them off during and came back once I was off work to pick them up. The associate greeted me by name, and went to find my rings, but could not locate them. Offered to replace them if she could not locate them, continued to look for about 15-20 minutes. Stated she was going to check one last place, and was thankfully able to locate them- they had been thrown away by accident. In a trashcan. My associate was very friendly and apologetic, but it really more of the principle of it that bothered me- how could they have been thrown away? Very careless mistake.

The sale people are rude, standoffish, not like the Padora owned by Reeds at Carolina Place Mall. They make you move around the bull pen instead of bringing things to use. Act like you are going to steal something.

When we arrived in the store, there were two associates. If we were greeted, I believe it was a generic welcome before being promptly ignored for several minutes. We were looking for specifically themed charms. One of the associates distractedly pointed us to a display near the wall after I succeeded in finally getting her attention. She continued to work with her back to us. Again, I got her attention once we selected a charm. I purchased the charm and requested it be placed on my bracelet. The associate seemed disgruntled that I would ask to have the charm added.

The NorthLake atore was absolutely horrible. They could bot find antthing that i was interested in. So much to the piunt that i had to drive 20 miles to go to another mall South Park. That was unacceptable customer service. I will not return to the North Lake store again.

I waited to be helped and was passed over to someone came in after me just because of where I was standing at the time. Another sales person finished with a customer and just fiddled with her phone leaving me to wait even more. And you can’t see much while you are waiting since all under counters that people are leaning on do I used a booklet to see what was available.

Requestinnh to have my bracelet received as a gift a year ago cleaned. It was almost as tarnished and dirty as when it was taken back to be cleaned.

I asked the associate can they clean my bracelet after spending $176 on a necklace she said they don’t clean because they were busy when I seen someone getting their things cleaned plus I waited in line just like every other customer. She was not friendly at all and just seem like she was trying to get me out the way as if I wasn’t going to spend my money.
