I have 3 Pandora bracelets 2013-2018 and all were fun to collect in stores with happy helpful fun people. Got my 4th for Christmas 2022 from husband who had a bad experience getting it at Reeds in Gastonia so we picked a Pandora store to go exchange 4 and add the rest of the beads. This store was beautiful and clean but just like Reeds…low knowledge of product, not wanting to help, terrible energy. We went in smiling and happy and left feeling like we were spit on. I will continue to wear my Pandora but will not collect anymore. I guess it has passed its prime.

I had a pick up that went smoothly, but I also needed to exchange a bracelet for a bigger size. I had to wait in a line for 1hour and 15 mins with a 2 year old!!. The whole process was a mess and all I needed was a different size !!! The young lady was very nice and professional, but they system was horrible!!

the sales rep and asm was very rude and removed my jewelry from my arm and refused to give it back

The sales associate had an awful attitude as if I wasn’t able to shop there. Noticing that she was a person of color, and I, a hispanic male, together as a ethnic group that have been discriminated against, at least we should unite. But no, she gave me a pity look and even overcharged me as if I wasn’t going to notice it. That was an awful treatment.

1. the mgrs did not help the sales associates; the line was out the door around the corner and the mgrs only walked around w/ laptops. Never taking a customer. 2. Shay was very pleasant however her fake nails were too long to work the clasps and the hand held device. 3.The mgr Mandee was called over to help with the promotional bracelet, the heart wld not turn to show the decorative side, she said that was the way it was! I requested a new one , Shay obliged and yes the new one was perfect. Then after i paid for my merchandise I realized I had a validation code from another survey. I asked Shay to delete the 1st transaction to include it, she went to Mandee in the back room who came out to tell me I cldnt use it in conjuction w/ my military discount. However I was able to use military discount and the promotion with opening a credit card last month. Finally Mandee is in need of interpersonal communication skills. If she did not want to work she shld have stayed home especially on a day that was going to be extremely busy. Please give them classes on how to deal with customers without being condescending in facial expression and tone.

I have shopped at pandora plenty of times, I have never had a sale associates say to me that they don’t replace lost charms. Which is common sense if you are buying something and you lose it why would I expect the STORE to replace it ? She needs to be trained on adding onto sales and not taking it personally if a Customer doesn’t want to purchase her add ons. The young man during the entire transaction was very informative . Reese wasn’t comments was unnecessary and was a complete turn off during my shopping experience.

The sales rep treated me like I was going to steal the items when I asked to see 3 bracelets at the same time. I spent 680.00 yesterday and I wasn’t treated with respect. Racial training is needed here
