Very clean store, the sales clerks were very friendly and there were nice displays of merchandise.

I did not know my bracelet that was less than 1 yr old had a warranty and was glad the associate shared that instead of trying to sell a new bracelet. However, I wanted to take advantage of the free bracelet offer and purchased new charms, and she was extremely helpful with my indecisiveness Also, I left my Pandora credit card at home and the associate was able to look up that info with my ID and other info. Finally, she cleaned my bracelet and charms and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase.
