The customer service of Nagaala at this store was absolutely horrible, offensive, and in no way a good reflection of the Pandora brand and company. I have called corporate customer service and filed an official complaint regarding my experience with this associate at this location.

Stood inline at Northlake...sales rep was helping a customer trying on items...took a while to even acknowledge me...another rep was standing near and never asked if I needed help... I was the only one in line...a couple came after me and were immediately allowed in the store by another associate!! I asked was there a procedure getting in the store because I had been standing there!! He was rude... sarcastic!! I had given them my bracelet to clean while in line...I went in to get it and left because of the poor service and rude employee

Never Again

Naglaa was our salesperson and she was determined to sales me what she thought was appropriate. From the beginning, I told her that my bracelet size was 20. She leaves and gets what I thought was the correct size. We begin to put the charms on and it feels really tight. I tell her that it feels tight and she tells me that she can get four fingers under it so it's the correct size. I had to demand that she get a 21 if that was a size 20. She then admits that it was a 19 because it's what Pandora recommends! I am totally confused! How can Pandora recommend what a person needs, is it not based on wrist size?! Who did she think she was talking to?! At this point I am ready to ask for another salesperson as I have already had to tell her at least THREE times that I was not interested in anything rose gold. She even had the nerve to ask me why I did not like rose gold? She stopped our sale several times to address issues with other sales reps leaving, us waiting without explanation or apology. This was a horrible experience and I will never allow her to help me agian.

The sales rep was determined to sell me something that repeatedly told her that I was not interested in. I was well aware of the length of bracelet that I needed and she brought the one she felt I needed and ultimately had to change it anyway. She repeated tried to sell me the rose colored bracelet when I told her at least THREE TIMES that I had no interest in it. She stopped our sale several times to address other issues. I found this terribly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will never allow her to assist me again.

Bought merchandise, got home it was tarnished and scratched. Took back and same associate and manager looked through 6 different necklaces and saw they were scratched He finally said, this is the best looking one. And would not return or give credit. I called corporate

When we enetered the store the directions were very clear. The floor was marked with arrows which helped. When we entered the store Jon advised they’d be with us as soon as possible. I noticed the employees cleaned thoroughly after each customer, that’s why I didn’t mind waiting in line. Once we were attended bu Jonathan he was very pleasant, he gave us tips on styles for a 16 year old, he looked for alternative options and the best price! We ended up purchasing for my daughter and myself due to Jon’s excelent service and willingness to show us the necklaces!!! I’m very impressed with Jon and his staff!!!!!! Well done!!!!!

Because I was told that they didn’t have what I came for but my sale lady told me they had it and the assistant manager was rude and didn’t want to help me.

Bought bracelet and 3 charms got two free bracelets did not know right size to get. Sales associate said I could return them and exchange to right size. Went to return and associate said I could not exchange. Would have never purchased to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
