I complaint your store manager in 0172. My customer number is 1172022355. transaction is 4307. I bought 6 items on 10:20 am 11/29/19. I signed the receipt and left the store with all my items. I went back to store 15 minutes later. I show my receipt to the manager, then he talked with the SA. Then,he show me a bill, and said "You owe my money!", for SA made mistakes. He gave me 2 options: one is give him 26 dollars, another is return all items. I can't accept either one. All transaction is fully completed. Suddenly, He rob my box that I already pay for, then put it in somewhere I don't know. I have to call 911, and seek the help from police to get my items back. After the two polices hear about both the manager and I, then I know the polices can keep the video from your store camera, and I have right to go to court and sue the Pandora. For your manager rob the box belong to me in Pandora store. Nobody is allowed to force me to get my own items in my hands! That means robber! The polices told the manager what shall I do, then the manager gave my box back. I can't believed Pandora hire a manager who is failure to comply with law, and such rude to treat costumer!

Geri S No 178249 was rude and only offered the 800# for return assistance i explained i was told the charm was "on sale" not "finale sale" i would never purchase a final sale item unless i was absolutely sure i waned the item. she would not call the 800# I had to call from my cell phone after then she allowed an exchange, her entire demeanor was just nasty. i will never return to this pandora location or recommend them to any one!

I have shopped this store for a long time and customer service was never this bad. This was the 3rd time I've tried to exchange a ring that I bought for my daughter because it's too big. They keep telling me they don't have a smaller size in stock and to keep trying. This is getting old! Since, I was there, I asked to see some Murano pieces. The sales person was pretty useless. She showed me just 2 items and when I asked to see something different she didn't even make eye contact but said, "That's all we got." That's crazy - I know Pandora carries several Murano pieces. She seemed pretty lethargic and apathetic so I asked if it had been along day. Again, without even making eye contact, she said, "Yeah, I'm ready to go home." I've done retail sales before and I know it can be trying but this was just laziness and poor customer service. I finally found a few pieces I liked it was a painful process. Unfortunately, one piece a clip to keep the charms in place doesn't work. Celeste apparently forgot to put the rubber part back inside it. Regretfully, I will be returning.

I was not greeted upon entering by anyone nor was I told by anyone they would be with me ASAP. The person who checked me out didn’t smile or interact with me. I just felt unwelcome the whole time and couldn’t wait to leave!

While looking at the merchandise through the glass, an employee by the name of Geri reached over and pulled the trays away from us looking at them so a customer she was helping could look at them. She did not ask to see if we were done looking at it or if we minded if she took the tray. My wife and I have experienced rudeness from the employees at this location before. I've tried numerous times to call the store at (704) 366-5622 and I keep getting a recorded message saying the mailbox is full. Never once have I been able to speak to a person.

Shopping for my wife I purchased a very expensive item. My item was over 400.00 and my wife felt it wasn’t worth the money. When I tried to return the item I was notified that a purchase of that size had to be mailed back in the form of a check when I paid cash money.

Husband and I buying MY Christmas present! Geri , sales associates , was wonderful We both commented that if we owned a business we want her on our team. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and helped us complete a beautiful bracelet , actually two of them! Gabby was also very helpful in selecting charms and guiding us to Geri. Such a busy time of year and yet Geri was so patient and engaged in choosing just the right charms and bracelets! We were VERY impressed! Along with helping us Geri was also in charge of helping the other sales associates when needed, she did all of this effortlessly and remained calm and pleasant. We love the Pandora South Park store, employees like Gabby and Geri make shopping a pleasure. I am thrilled with the selection we make and Geri and Gabby are the reason ! Thank you.

I interacted with 3 - 4 sales associates, none of which were friendly or even smiled at any point during my visit. I needed to exchange one item, and when I said it was a birthday gift (in packaging with all original tags) so I did not have a receipt, I was met with an eyeroll.

Everytime I comentontgis store at my lunch time. I have limited time to be ther. But when Blanca takes care of me. I don't know what is the problem with showing me the merchandise, or she never has any of the size I want. There is always a no. I don't have it or we are sold out. No effort to help. She does not bring out the basket for the size I need unless I tell her to show me the size. My co-worker came in with me and she was very disappointed. She was going to buy. Because is our only time we can ran to Pandora and purchase something. If I come there in the afternoon the girls are more nice. And always willing to help. I might purchase my stuff online. Or go to another store. I love Pandora. But I feel treated like if I'm going to steal something. Very upset right now.

I was excited about finally purchasing a bracelet along with several charms and rings. Associate didn't try to help me locate the items I wanted. Acted as if she didn't want to help me. I left with only one charm and am trying to find a location willing to help me.
