The sales associate, Lyla, was extremely helpful. She provided me with excellent customer service while I was there. She also provided me with many great options based on the charms I already had on my bracelet. I would definitely return to that store and wait on her specifically to assist me if she's waiting on other customers at the time I arrive. She had a very kind demeanor about her. as well She also asked me all of the right questions in order to provide me with some great options. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!

I loved the choices that I was given - only problem was unavaiiabilty of one birthstone charm that I needed. They did find one - not finding it would have made me disappointed.
