I was In the Store Monday for a Gift for a co-worker, everything was great , so one of the sales person shows me the black panther charmand put it on the chain that I purchase , so I told hem I would come back for it,, SO today 2 days later came in greeting well they remember me ,, Came in to purchase the charm the sales man show me ,, the sales Lady yasman said she could do the way the man did , told me I was Wrong , she gave the connecting peices ,she act like she got a little steam at me SO I shut down ,My coworker noticy I was upset the way I was being treeted and told yesman the same thing and that the salesman put the charm on the chain so I could seehow it looked ,, As of this moment I 'm going to shop at the other store Not southpark ,, yes I like to run my mouth about good and bad srevice thank you for your time

Salesperson, Tauriaunto B, was amazing, knowledgable, helpful, and very friendly. The store had everything I was looking for, allowing me to be able to leave with my purchase that day. Nothing had to be ordered.

The service was excellent eventhough I couldn’t find what i was looking for Yasmin was amazing and showed me several other options which i ended buying.

I am satisfied with my purchase and visit , because my sales associate took the time to help me find the perfect ring for me ,making sure I knew the deals ,explaining what I can do when I come back
