I had started looking on line for a bracelet for my son and daughter in law expecting there first baby. I wanted something for Mother’s Day. I was at the shop at South Park Mall and Lyla A. Helped me. I knew exactly what I wanted but of course unsure of the direction to go in since I had never been in the store. She was patience and kind. And so extremely helpful. It made my whole experience so much fun and exciting about the gift and my new grandchild. I look forward to adding to the bracelet for every occasion.

My daughter bought me a bracelet for a early mother's day gift and it broke, the sale associates and manager was so nice and exchange it for a different one.

The store associates were very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was a very satisfied out of town shopper compared to itger pandora stores that I have visited.
