The sales associate was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied. My pandora brackelet had broken at the clasp and I needed to purchase a new bracelent. She cleaned all the beads and put them on my new bracelet which is quite time consuming. She could have just sold me the bracelet and sent me on my way to put the beads back on but she did not. My new bracelet looks wonderful. The only problem was that both she and I forgot to give me back my old bracelet. No big deal but it would have been nice. I did not even think about it until I got back home.
