Pandora Jewelry

It is always a pleasure to shop at Pandora but the store that I visit most is too small and it is overwhelming to the associates. I arrived Sunday at 5:45 and was told that the store was closed but it was advertised to close at 6p. I learned the next day that the employees were slammed with customers and had no choice but to close a little earlier. The downside of that was that I was going to make a large purchase for myself and the two people I had with ne on Sunday. I did return on Monday but only purchased one item.

My mother recently passed away unexpectedly and I inherited her Pandora collection. I brought it in to be cleaned up and Madi did a wonderful job. I also had a Pandora ring that was the last thing my mother bought for me before passing and it had lost a stone. Madi helped me get a replacement which means more to me than I can properly express. Madi was so patient and understanding and helped me purchase a couple of additional charms to help me honor my mom and my new baby. I am so thankful for her kindness and will definitely be back to this location.

The salesperson I believe name was Shayla. She helped myself and 2 friends find the perfect memorial charm for my sister that just passed away earlier this month. Also it was a few other young lady’s that were cleaning our jewelry at the same time and cleaned them till they were spotless. I highly recommend this location.

Elaina’s customer service skills were over the top. Her expertise encouraged me to embrace my experience. You guys should clone her!!!

The sales associate that helped me and my friends shower is even more of a variety then what we thought their was. She got us in and out very quickly. Ms. Sharon Road also helped us look forward to future coupons through taking a survey that only took a couple minutes.
